What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We take a personal approach to each of our students. We are owner-operated with over 15 years of experience in the art of teaching yoga. We offer small class sizes wihich enable us to instruct in a unique and effective manner. We do not believe yoga is a business, we believe yoga is a lifestyle.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We focus on our client’s specific needs by briefly discussing their reasons for wanting to practicing yoga. We then tailor the classes to each individual’s specific needs based on their health, injuries, and emotional concerns. We then follow up to make sure they are satisfied with their progress.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga is our passion. It changes lives. Bringing health and wellness to others and knowing we can share all of the wonderful benefits yoga brings to your bodies, minds, and souls is more than we could have ever asked for in life.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the gratifying experience of helping others by providing an inexpensive yet effective method of addressing most concerns many believe are only possible through redundant and expensive therapy and doctor visits, which isn’t always the case.
