Brutally cold experience, but thanks to the attendant (Brendon? Brennon?), he talked to me the whole time so I wouldn't think about how cold it was. He kept me calm. Thanks! Afterwards, as I walked to my car, I immediately felt better. I signed up for 3 sessions.

1st time at the MD Cryotherapy in Crofton at the Golds Gym. The technician was very pleasant and welcoming. She was also knowledgeable about the cryo machine and the cryo process. Looking forward to next few visits.
