What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a small Women's fitness facility. Boot camp classes are offered two times a day early A.M and Evening hours. Classes vary from body weight workouts, suspension training, balance and HIIT. There is something for all fitness levels.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Classes are fun and made to challenge the client. Clients are encouraged to try new things to push their limits however, workouts can be modified if needed.
