I told the lady I scheduled the appointment for the 9th but she said I scheduled it the second fine honest mistake but she said she would get back to me about rescheduling and she never did! And they will not refund

Late review...
Poor attention to detail and the most painful waxing session I have ever had. The hair wasn’t fully removed and started to come back within a week, which i have never experienced before - normally it’s at least 2 weeks before I notice a new growth of hair. I was also super irritated in that area for several days after the waxing session. Cannot recommend this person for Brazilians.
