I've been to spas all over the world and would be remiss if I didn't say Penelope is a top notch spa and the only one I go to in Seattle or the state of Washington for that matter. They only use the best luxury skin and body products, their staff are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. Their masseuses and estheticians are extremely talented and exceeded my expectations on every occassion. I was so incredibly satisfied with my spa experience here that I signed up for their spa membership and go there at least twice a month to be pampered by their highly skilled staff. I couldn't give a more glowing recommendation for this spa!

Jocelyn was very professional & her studio is very welcoming and relaxing. With never purchasing a Groupon for hair removal I was hesitant but was clearly impressed with Jocelyn. I already booked my follow up and will be telling all of my friends!
