Great place! The owner MJ personally welcomes you and walks you through all of the programs they offer. The place is fully equipoed with everything you need to have an amazing work out. The trainers are also amazing. Best Grupon I have bought so far. Great value!

I am so glad that I took the opportunity to take these classes with M.J. and the his other staff. These classes will make you feel like you are strong and fierce 💪 and that does not go without saying that MJ follows all Covid protocols. I truly appreciate his genuine support and look forward to going to classes every week.

I love the strike fit class: excellent workout with a great trainer. I have so much energy when I'm done and the class flies by. It's a perfect balance of hard workout and fun. Looking forward to trying a boot camp class as well. I will definitely continue after the groupon I bought expires!
