About Move Like Honey

My approach to mental health is a bit different than the traditional method and it really works. I specialize in anxiety, panic, ocd, relationships, and confidence issues.

I used to have panic disorder, and generalized anxiety, and was very troubled in relationships — riddled with anxiety, attracting the wrong partners, etc. I lacked a lot of trust and confidence in myself. I held myself back and always thought something was broken with me. I dove head first into every program imaginable — started meditating for hours a day and doing manifestation meditations to “reprogram” my brain because I SWORE something HAD to be wrong with me. I was having panic attacks daily, which always lived in my head, I attracted horrible partners who couldn’t commit to me and were not nice, and I was insecure as heck — I deeply did not like myself very much and I thought I needed to be different.

I spent thousands of dollars for people to “fix” me. Whether that was on an anxiety supplement or a program that promised me their meditations would “heal” me and attract my perfect partner.

The funny thing is those programs and supplements DIDN’T work. I would find peace for a moment but it was always SHORT LIVED. Until I had my next emotional breakdown.

GOD IT WAS EXHAUSTING.

I kept notepads I wrote in daily to write down all my “blocks” so I could meditate for hours on them later.

I made sure I meditated every day and ate “correctly” so I could try to avoid any anxiety triggers.

And guess what, It turned out that all these things above just made my anxiety 10 times worse.

And it made me not trust myself.

I started to treat life as some weird game that had to be WON.

And I thought that all these people making a program MUST know more than me.

I remember that I used to think, “Maybe I am not meditating hard enough because I am still getting triggered – maybe something is wrong with me?”

Because I was ALWAYS anxious at that time, I would search and search my mind because I thought once I finally found that “block” I would be set free!

Well — that wasn’t the truth. All these well-meaning people just were looking at life in a way that I don’t think is very beneficial and is REALLY misunderstanding the nature of thought, memories, and how to transmute your emotions.

Since I am naturally someone who has to get to the root of things, I kept studying and discovered the freedom I was always searching for.

It was like a light bulb went off in my brain.

Oh my gosh, so there is nothing wrong with me?

And I don’t need to meditate for hours each day to heal my inner child, shadow, and transform my life?

HOW MUCH TIME I HAD BACK and HOW MUCH FREEDOM I GAINED.

Life isn’t supposed to be a race to heal all your “broken parts” to then reach some level of perfection where then you will be okay.

You are okay now.

You probably just haven’t been taught the right tools that will EMPOWER you to be your own teacher/healer and how to learn how to trust yourself, move through your emotions and understand your thoughts on a root level.

There is no healer outside of you.

You just need the right tools to remember how to access that yourself.

Your time with me will be nourishing, supportive, and non-judgmental, and we will work through anything you are currently experiencing ( anxiety, panic, ocd, relationship struggles, confidence issues, etc).

We will work through these issues and find the ROOT-CAUSE so you can then go on to live your life with FREEDOM, CONFIDENCE, EASE, and PEACE.

And we will work through them in a way where you don’t need me forever to lean on! Because you will be THAT CONFIDENT!
