Love, love, love the Scan and go!!! That is by far the best thing they have going. I really don't understand why people want to queue at the checkout when you can just walk to the exit after scanning as you shop.

The customer service in there is excellent. Lindsey took time with me to make sure My account was set up properly .I was in the store for like 45 minutes trying to fix the issue. It was finally fixed and she even gave me a 10 gift card for my patients.

Bought a groupon gift membership to SAM's club for my sister. Not able to activate it in store even with lengthy phone calls to SAM's membership number and then attempting to call Groupon.
I would appreciate my money back from Groupon.

Sams club Aysa in Sanford, FL was frustrated with Groupon. Complaining that they have nothing but "TROUBLE" with Groupon. Told me is was redeemed when she was pushing all the buttons. Manager also mentioned previous customer had "PROBLEMS" with the Groupon a couple days ago. Finally another manager stated don't worry we will help you, almost like they were doing me a favor. Not welcoming.
