Great experience. We were there NYE, so did not anticipate the 1.5 hour to 2 hour lines when we got there. The line was moving quick enough though. It was a smooth experience at the ticketing counter redeeming our Groupon deals. The lady at the counter was very helpful with the redeeming of the multiple tickets purchased.
The look and feel was fantastic as soon as you walked in. Dark leather. Felt like you were walking into a movie set. Game was fabulous and staff was a breeze to work with.
