At Nomzilla, owner Thet H. Tint draws on his knowledge of molecular biology to deconstruct and redesign classic sushi and seafood dishes. The menu gives diners a host of customization options to create their own vision of sushi perfection, but also serves up classics such as the california roll or ahi tuna roll. Noodle dishes such as shrimp-packed seafood udon or veggie udon swimming with tofu provide an alternative to meticulously built sushi structures.
