About Not So Normal Run
Great undertakings often have humble beginnings. In the case of the Not So Normal Run, it started with a stay-at-home dad looking to reconnect with other adults. That led him to discovering running, and his infectious enthusiasm led to more and more people to joining him. Eventually, the group got an idea: what if we use our numbers to draw attention to something important? Thus, they began organizing 5Ks, half marathons, and two- and four-person relay races to raise money for local nonprofits doing great things, from fighting hunger to building affordable housing to supporting youth in foster care. As for the races themselves, each ends with celebratory swag and an after party.
