My therapist seemed sweet but did not really converse...not that you do that when you get a massage (I think? It has been way too long since my last massage!) I had a chronic knot in my upper right shoulder which she was able to knead, elbow, rub, squeeze and hot stone into submission! (I think it was crying afterward ; p...it was a deep tissue, which is never had the privilege, but with this gal, I'd do it again...andvtwice on Sundays!)I told her I would need to come back Saturday after work (because that seems to provoke the knot!) Thirty minutes was well worth it and I wished I'd gone for the longer version.
