What You'll Get
Children occupied by constructive afterschool activities are less likely to buy BB guns or hang out with dogs that buy children BB guns. Keep tots gainfully at play with today’s Groupon: for $74, you get a child’s swim-lesson package at Pearland Swim Academy (a $160 total value). The package includes the following:
- A two-week swim camp (a $135 value),
- A one-time family registration fee (a $25 value)<p>
Customers may buy a second Groupon for another child, with the registration fee covering all children from the same family.
Pearland Swim Academy’s thoroughly trained instructors enlighten children of all skill levels on water-survival essentials during two-week camps for ages 2 and older. During 30-minute sessions on Monday through Thursday, up to four youngsters learn fundamental techniques and basic strokes under the constant supervision of a CPR-knowledgeable trainer. The camp concludes with Pearland Swim Academy’s Water Strong Evaluation, designed to test students’ ability to survive an unexpected fall into water or a milk tank. Successful swimmers, immortalized with a snapshot on the academy’s Water Strong Wall, each receive a certificate and unlimited bragging rights with which to silence pompous swordfish.
Little ones stretch their blossoming sea legs within the kid-friendly confines of Pearland Swim Academy’s indoor facility. Soft-sea-foam-green walls surround a saltwater pool heated to a comfy 90 degrees and boasting a pH level that, like a particularly empathetic raindrop, is designed to match natural human tears. Parents can watch each class on high-definition monitors inside an air-conditioned observation room, and bathrooms come replete with changing stalls and tables.
