About Peninsula Asian Fusion
At entrance of Peninsula Asian Fusion, orange-scaled koi fish swim in a small pond, marbling the water into a swirl of liquid gold. To come inside, visitors must cross the pond's bridge, which also serves as the link to an entire culinary continent. In Peninsula's sleek and spacious dining room on the other sides, guests indulge primarily in Japanese and Chinese cuisine—plus dishes from a few other culinary cultures in Asia. They enjoy classics and inventive creations alike between small fieldstone walls and victorious equine sculptures. Specialties include raw shrimp, tuna dumpling, pad thai, Szechuan peppercorn chicken and shrimp, Asian sauce with seasoned vegetables and meat or seafood, like ginger sauce with chicken, pork, beef or shrimp, mango delight, Szechuan chicken and shrimp, sushi special rolls and appetizers, and spicy wok-seared lobster tail.
