One 90-Minute Therapeutic Massage

Choose from 60 or 90-minute Swedish or Therapeutic sessions. If you're looking for more of a relaxation-oriented massage where long, gliding strokes, kneading, and circular motions are used to help ease shallow tension in the muscles, then Swedish Massage is for you. If you're looking for more of a deeper pressure and targeted problem areas massage where the use of myofascial, and deep-tissue type work could be used, then Therapeutic Massage is for you.

About Pneuma Therapeutics

Why Pneuma Therapeutics? In the early fall of 2017, I was traveling on my road bicycle and was struck by a vehicle. The results were some not-so-pretty scarring and several months of physical therapy. The physical therapy was helpful, to an extent. However, what really helped me was the continued massage therapy that I received during that same time. As a result of my experience, I started slowly inquiring about the profession with my massage therapist. I enrolled in and attended Massage Therapy School here in Albuquerque in 2022. I enjoyed the progression of being able to see clients experiencing pain or chronic symptoms make marked progress toward a better, more comfortable life. This further solidified my affirmation that this was the career path I wanted and needed to take. I’ve had training in several modalities, but don’t rely on just one to accomplish the health progress of each person. We all have our own individual body needs and I believe each person needs to have specific attention to address their wellness goals. For one person that may entail myofascial release and trigger point therapy, for another, it may mean that deep tissue is in order, and for yet another, it may be that they require a softer Swedish Massage touch.

Kind Regards,
