Skilled yoga practitioner Jayadeva helms a team of accessible and patient yoga instructors who foster holistic and physical wellness through mind-body exercises in Integral Yoga Institute Princeton’s intensive yoga classes. Aspiring yogis strike meditative poses during 90-minute level-one classes, the lycra-rich tableaus enhanced by focused pranayama breathing techniques and concentration-honing chanting. Tai chi yoga classes incorporate 90 minutes of slow, methodical stretches to increase physical and mental awareness and facilitate slow-motion instant football replays. More intensive 75-minute Healing Circle sessions blend positive mantras with mindful breathing in a supportive setting, and 45-minute Yoga-4-Lunch lessons usher pupils through a swift succession of exhilarating postures to achieve quick midday rejuvenation and limber up rusty metal lunch boxes.
