Michaels class was fantastic. He cooked for over 3hrs, each dish better than the last. Not only was he great at explaining what and why he was doing but he also had fun conversations with the group. You can clearly see he loves what he does, we will definitely be back for another class.

We were very excited to go to this class although when we got there, we realized that it wasn't a class at all. It was just him cooking by himself while we watched. We thought we would clearly give it a chance since we were there. It took 4 hours which was about 2 hours too long. There was a ton of cursing. The food was a 6 out of 10.

The food was delicious. The chef was well-trained and very funny. It was very loud so, even close to the chef, it was difficult to hear.

Mike is an artist and we have enjoyed his cooking class two evenings in the last year. Both evenings the food was unique and Chef Mike was refreshingly himself. Remember that this will be a late dinner as the first course isn’t served until an hour into the class. It’s an evening for adults who really enjoy cooking and humor. We will be back again.

It was a great date night! We enjoyed Mike's cooking demo and the food was delicious. We did bring our own wine, but didn't have to because there was plenty of wine there to go around. We will definitely go back and bring more people with us next time.
