I am a certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach through the John Maxwell Team. John C. Maxwell has been the #1 Leadership Development Expert in the world for the last 6 years. In addition I myself am mentored and coached his leadership team. I practice what I teach!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion is helping people to learn, grow. I have worked with my company for 9 years. Over the last year I have seen change and been concerned about layoffs. I looked forward to prepare for that possibility. Today I am completely prepared to live my dream of helping others live their dreams!

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and seeing them reach that moment of awareness that is required for them to make the positive changes they need in their life. The ah-ha moment is a truly powerful thing!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
In a health coaching session I was told that I had saved her vision. As we talked about some concerns she had. By listening to what was going on and pulling from her what she thought she should do, then validating her thoughts she took care of something she might have just let slide otherwise.
