Rock It CrossFit
In their warehouse-like gym, Rock It CrossFit's trainers teach a system of functional movements enacted at a high intensity. They implement equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowers, and even tractor tires, because the motions they require are functional. Functional movements such as lifting, pushing, pulling, running, and squatting are all integral to the CrossFit method. Integral because functional movements, when perfected, make all physical activities possible, and safe. To ensure everyone can benefit, they tailor routines to individual abilities and fitness levels.
