A sample class, for example, might mix in jumping jacks, rope waves, kettlebell swings, and sled pushes, followed by some cool-down routines at the end. These workouts help increase metabolism, strength, and body definition. About Roger Mack
Roger Mack comes from a place of experience when he trains clients to overcome their obstacles, both literally and figuratively. In 2004, he qualified for the Olympic Games Trials in the 110-meter high hurdles, but a knee injury cut his quest short. He barely missed a beat, though, using his passion for health and fitness to land gigs such as training members of the green team from season six of NBC's The Biggest Loser.
Today, as a trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he leads his signature R2|M2 boot-camp-style fitness classes. These sessions combine body-weight exercises, weightlifting, and stamina work to help clients boost metabolism, gain strength, and refine body definition. He also offers more specialized services, such as sport-specific training, injury rehabilitation, and nutrition counseling.
