What You'll Get
Parachutes have traditionally been used to slow a person's descent from a high place, be it a plane, a flaming zeppelin, or a skyscraper that was accidentally set to "launch." Use a parachute to go up instead with today's Groupon: for $59, you and a friend get a standard tandem parasailing ride from SeaBreeze (a $118 value).
SeaBreeze has been safely sending bodies up into the breezy ether over the exquisitely blue aqua-blanket of Maunalua Bay in Hawaii Kai since 1986. Parasailing is family-friendly, requires no experience, and makes a thrilling story to recount to domesticated animals and couch-ridden uncles. All flights are tandem, so strap in with a buddy, a spouse, or a back-up clone, and soar up to 300 feet in the air above the calm, blue waters of Hawaii for a smooth-sailing ride that lasts from 8 to 10 minutes. Parachute passengers will have plenty of time to snap photos of the picturesque backdrops of the sun-sprinkled Diamond Head and the glistening waves near Koko Head, though they'll want to hold their cameras high when SeaBreeze brings them low enough to dip their toes in the tropical water. SeaBreeze brings six soon-to-be parasailers on the boat at a time, and the whole excursion lasts about an hour. Although not included in this Groupon, the legs and tentacles of tandem gliders can dangle from even higher altitudes if they opt for extreme tandem parasailing (an extra $10 per person).

About H2O Sports Hawaii
H2O Sports Hawaii's licensed adventure-seekers have been helping likeminded folks safely skim over the water's mirrored surface or dive deep below rolling waves since 1986. Their certified flight and scuba instructors dispense their knowledge as they prep guests for safe scuba diving and Jetlev jetpack flights, during which a jetpack propels guests up to 30 feet in the air using a high-powered pump that, like Poseidon's Harley, uses ocean water as fuel. They also outfit nautical voyagers with equipment and safety vests for jaunts on surfboards, parasails, jet skis, and high-speed tubes.
To further fulfill their mission of adventurous memory making, H2O's staff also runs their own digital media shop, where they snap photos of each watery experience using the media chips that accompany each guest. Their direct taxi service makes pesky logistics a breeze as their drivers shuttle guests between Waikiki hotels and picturesque shores.
