About Shelby's Station
Previously the owner of Mariani's, a notable Italian eatery in South Fayette, Michele Owens won over diners with housemade favorites. Her unique chili took first place in the 2009 South Fayette chili cook off, while her wedding soup was rated a favorite by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Today, as the owner of Shelby's Station, she brings both of those recipes and more to the bar and restaurant. Though she serves classic pub grub, such as burgers and wings, Owens also offers more in-depth entrees. Her harlot pasta, for example, combines pasta with hot sausage and grilled chicken covered in sautéed onions, banana peppers, and green and red peppers.
