Whether inside one of her brand new state-of-the-art fitness facilities or outdoors, she and her nine co-trainers wring sweat from students with interval training workouts that incorporate boot camp and kickboxing. On any given day, classes might make use of kettlebells, battle ropes, pull-up bars, or BOSU balance trainers, as well as more traditional dumbbells, medicine balls, and stationary penny farthings.
