I attended my first SoCal boot camp at Magee Park last night. It was a fun experience! Karen concentrated on leg work and it was varied and fast moving. She is encouraging and offers alternatives for people with injuries or joint issues. It was an hour well spent outside. I am so happy I found her classes.
