They scheduled both my appointments and the day of they canceled one of my appointments due to booking error and changed the time by an hour.

Stay away. Took work off early. Drove 35 minutes and arrived early for my 2:30pm appointment today. Beth, my massage therapist, called off sick 10 minutes before my appointment at 2:20pm, and my massage never happened. I would have appreciated a much more professional advance notice. I just finished my live chat with Groupon Customer Support and just finished receiving my refund. I won’t be going back to Soleil.
