Spirit of the Horse Stables
The horse Delilah was dubbed "unsafe and crazy" by her previous owners when she crossed Mikaila Zanetti's path. Though Delilah was only her second horse, Mikaila took the ornery steed under her wing, and today, Delilah stands as a testament to Mikaila's bond with horses. Once wild, Delilah's now one of the favorites of both students and staff at Spirit of the Horse Stables.
As lead trainer and stable manager, Mikaila's got her hand in every pot at the stable. She teaches lessons in English and Western riding to beginners on up, and she helps avid riders immerse themselves in horsemanship during her summer camps for kids and adults. Her stables also provide a soft place for horses to lay their heads, as she provides year-round boarding that keep them as comfortable as if they were sleeping in their owner's bottom bunk.
