What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
St Charles Pilates began with an intention to bring a premium level of quality instruction to the St Charles area. We know Pilates sessions on the equipment can become expensive no matter your zip code. That's why we keep a low overhead, making Pilates private sessions affordable to you!

What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding moment for any Pilates instructor is when a client is able to incorporate what they've practiced into everyday movement. This doesn't mean you get down on the floor and start rolling like a ball; this means you notice the improvement of your posture, breath, balance and MORE!
