What You'll Get
Throughout time, the hamburger bun has served as a companion for lonely beef patties and a shelter for seeds kicked off Sesame Street. Bask in the bun's never-ending hospitality with today's Groupon: for $16, you get a burger dinner for two at The Concord Grill (up to a $34.15 value). The dinner includes:
- Any one appetizer that costs up to $8.99
- Two 8-ounce burgers
- Two soft drinks
At The Concord Grill, 40 different burgers command attention on a menu brimming with American fare. While lounging on the outdoor patio, diners choose from a variety of appetizers, including breaded and deep-fried mushrooms or loaded texas fries packed with homemade chili, cheddar cheese, and chopped onions. A bevy of burger flavors beef up the meal, such as the Hawaiian burger, which comes dressed in sweet-and-sour sauce, pineapple, and a bacon hula skirt. The A-1 burger gathers heapings of mushrooms and onions with a steak-sauce lasso, and the Greek burger stands prominently chiseled in a black-olive-and-feta-cheese toga. Thick bites of burger can be washed down with two accompanying soft drinks, which, like the front half of a donkey costume, are bottomless.

About The Concord Grill
In more than one way, Steve and Debbye Greer’s marriage brought about a new chapter in their lives. Not long after the wedding bells had ceased to ring—within a day, actually—the newly minted couple opened up The Concord Grill. More than 28 years after that fateful day, they continue to flip 50 varieties of burgers and stack up meaty sandwiches on a menu of hearty American staples.
Taking cues from the jet with which the restaurant shares its name, half-pound burgers fly fresh off the grill, donning creative toppings that range from hash browns to port-wine cheddar. French bread, sourdough, brioche buns, or wheat buns come loaded with savory fillings such as breaded pork tenderloin and catfish, joined by hearty, country-style sides, including pickled cucumbers, house-made potato salad, and baked beans. A lineup of Pepsi products, pink lemonade, and iced tea washes down beefy bites and yields an unlimited number of refills for an unlimited number of spit takes.
