Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our yoga class prioritizes in a cross-training method by utilizing various muscle groups to optimize each persons experience of trying to achieve the balance between yin and yang.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration began during my childhood. I was trained by William H "Little Bill" Miller daily for four years in the art of Yoga breathing, balance, relaxation, stretching and applied force.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the interaction with the students. Witnessing their progress while experiencing such a personal journey of health and well being is forever inspiring to me.
