Unlike speedy in-and-out coffee shops, cafés indulge fantasies of sneaking off through misty European streets paved with pain au chocolat and lined with parking meters made of gingerbread biscotti. Indulge in savory street-side fare with today’s Groupon to Stoney Creek Roasters, located in Cedarville. Stoney Creek Roasters is closed on Sundays. Choose between the following options:
- For $5, you get $10 worth of fresh coffee, sandwiches, and more.
- For $15, you get $30 worth of coffee and more from Stoney Creek Roasters online.
Exposed brick and dark-wood paneling warmly welcomes customers to the family-owned, old-fashioned Stoney Creek Roasters, where full flavors and homemade touches abound on the menu. Opt for an aromatic coffee ($1.75/12 oz.), with all beans roasted in-house, or savor a sugary pastry ($1.75–$2.50). Tongue-tantalizing sandwiches beckon maws come the lunch and dinner hours—sample the super-powered grilled-cheese sandwich ($4.25) or make it a meal fit for a hero by adding handmade soda and potato-chip sidekicks ($7.05).
In addition to a bevy of beans available online, the second option allows you to design your own personalized coffee bags, to house one of Stoney Creek’s delicious original roasts ($19.99/lb.). Go online to select the color of the bag and the label with designs including birthday themes, checkered patterns, and more. Then, upload a picture, slap a potent title on the bag, and scribe a brilliant caption. Choose a coffee to fill ’er up, and cruise on over to Stoney Creek to pick up your custom creation. The bags make delightful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and as a congratulation to an old sea captain who claims to have finally captured the mermaid that ate his family 50 years ago.
An authentic, Main Street–style café feel and peaceful environment have made Stoney Creek a top destination for college kids and out-of-town visitors alike. Savor sips of succulent coffee from the shop's new 400-square-foot deck overlooking the mighty Massie Creek and its water-nymph mixed martial arts cage matches.

- I love Stoneycreek Roasters coffee. The coffee is roasted right in their shop so it is extra fresh. – Michael Sabin, Urbanspoon
