Becky was very supportive and helped us each master each move. She offered alternate ways we could try a move based on our body. It was a great way to stretch and I enjoyed the basic pole dance class.

Visiting Minneapolis for two weeks and I wanted to attend to a pole fitness class in the area. I was very pleased with Frestyl Fitness Pole & Movement Lessons....Not only was it a fun & fantastic workout, Brittin the instructor and the other students were very friendly.I definitely felt welcomed right away!
