Great food, great service! Only minor complaint is they add a 20% 'mandatory service charge' with no warning, so be prepared for that. Also the place is pretty pricey (we looked at the menu beforehand so we knew what we were in for!) so just something to keep in mind. Even with the $40 Groupon we walked out paying almost $50 more for two entrées (one of which was a grilled cheese) and a milkshake

Food was good. We didn't do a fancy drink or milkshake. Didn't know about the 20% service fee they tack on. Then they have even more suggested tips. I think not.

We had the BEST time at the sugar factory! Food and drinks were top notch and they have the best photo opportunities!
