Although our name "Sun Magic" refers to our roots in UV tanning services, we are much more than that. We offer cosmetic laser services (laser hair removal, body contouring, skin restoration, acne treatment) , cosmetic treatments ( red light collagen skin rejuvenation, microdermabrasion, teeth whitening) , wellness spa services ( registered massage therapy, medical cold laser therapy, aromatherapy, nail fungus treatments, infrared sauna, vitamin D restoration) .... and yes, we also provide Canada's #1 premium UV and sunless spray tanning services.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our inspiration is our customers. They have shaped us in to what we are today. We were founded as a tanning company and we grew in to the most trusted brand in sun tanning. Our customers asked for additional services that would provide them the same quality and convenience from the brand that they have come to trust. All we did is listen to our customers!
What do you love most about your job?
Let's face it (no pun intended), we make people look and feel great ... both mentally and physically. There are not a lot of companies that can make the same claim. It is a very gratifying claim. People use our services because they love it ... not because they have to!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Serving over 10 million visits there have been tons of great reactions ranging from the happiness a little old lady got from being picked up in a snow storm to get to her massage appointment to the bliss a bride just enjoyed looking beautiful for her wedding after using our body contouring services. Every single treatment we do, our goal is the "happiness experience"!
