What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a great, supportive, “old school and back to the basics” gym with staff eager to provide assistance with spotting and liftoffs with your sets. We have special lightweight bars for women and the beginner, along with specialized equipment for experienced and world-class athletes. Class schedule is Monday: 10:00-10:30 AM and 6:00-6:30 PM, Wednesday: 10:00-10:30 AM and 6:00-6:30 PM, Friday: 10:00-10:30 AM and 6:00-6:30 PM.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have members keep a written journal of their exercise regimens. Having a record of how much they’re lifting and how many reps and sets they’re doing allows them to see constant improvement. We have a Wall of Power club for those who excel in their training. Lift analysis is also available.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The lack of a training facility that has the atmosphere and equipment to train the way you want to train with focus on your training regimen and minimal distraction. Where you are welcome to bring in or leave your own equipment without hassle. You can train with like-minded, goal-orientated people.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people set and reach their goals. Watching the excitement that occurs when someone achieves or lifts something they never had or thought they could. Providing clients with the proper lifting techniques and form for maximum results.
