Classes are 60 minutes long and meet three times per week. Customers should bring a pilates mat, cold drinking water, at least 5-pound weights, a sweat towel, and, if they choose, a heart-rate monitor or watch and some type of gloves for occasional groundwork to each boot-camp session. Texas Boot Camp
Texas Boot Camp's instructors condense their workout regimen to intense exercises performed three days a week, for four weeks at a time. They meet with their students for an hour at every session, combining cardiovascular and body-resistance exercises with stretching, yoga, and light weightlifting. Because workouts are constantly varied, students can use everything from pugula sticks and medicine balls to kettle bells in any given class. After completing a four-week session, they take a break for a week, allowing students' bodies to recover thoroughly and instructors to seek further certifications and education. They run their camp in six different cities across Texas, an impressive array of locations that covers six times the number of cities found in Los Angeles.
