About TGR Fitness
Our flagship location began as a playground for women in 2010, but we have since expanded into select co-ed opportunities. We have created a space where everyone can be comfortable to be themselves. With class sizes capped at 12 participants, you will never feel like just number. Our instructors make a point to get to know you and your fitness history, making modifications that fit your needs.
Our spacious main room focuses on our competitive pole fitness curriculum and is designed to accommodate the most advanced tricks, transitions and routines. We have been able to host training opportunities from more than 18 world-renowned athletes and performers.
Not only are we a state-of-the-art pole training facility, TGR also runs an intense and effective group fitness regiment. Whether you need to train in the early morning hours or in the evening, we have times to accommodate your busy lifestyle!
Our aerial loft features 17 ft. ceilings, 7 rigging points, carpet-bonded foam flooring throughout, as well as a dozen 8-inch crash mats.
