I love the classes here. I drive by everyday and didnt see it in that strip mall. Every class that aI have taken and each instructor I have had (there are several) are the best ever. The best part is that the activities are varied each time you take a class, even if its the same class, theres new exercises thrown in and varied routines. I have never lost so much weight in such a short time and feel great when I leave. i love this place and will continue my membership

Cos is fantastic! He is so motivating at 5am when I really want to be sleeping. I like how he instructs me on proper body mechanics so I get to most out of the exercise. I always enjoy his class and believe me, I feel it later. He's an excellent personal trainer.
