The area was very small and it was clean. As for the instructors they are very nice but the classes are way too easy. You might as well just stay home and do breathing exercises, that's about the type of workout you'll get. I'm used to a great workout where I'm sore the next day and this is just a waste of time. Save your money for another location.
I love this place, the instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable and certainly know how to make you feel welcome and educated at the same time! Definitely looking forward to continuing classes there.
I have already done quite a bit of pilates (both mat and reformer) as well as yoga. I only did reformer classes and this studio was excellent. I tried various classes / teachers and they were all excellent! I highly recommend this studio. I did see some negative reviews about the building environment and would advise anyone to ignore these comments. The space is calm, the people are lovely, the equipment is top notch. This is what you should look for in a studio. The bathroom is outside but clean and available. Plus, if you want to change, go ahead...no one is looking :-) It isn't an issue. I was only in town for a month but it felt like an oasis for me. Can't wait to return to Houston and the Good Space.
This is my favorite studio in Houston. I have been doing Pilates for 5 Years now and this is my go to place. Studio is super clean. The instructors are lovely and know their stuff! I highly recommend this studio.
I like the feeling I get when I walk in; it's cozy (like a home) and I don't feel overwhelmed. The classes are kept to a minimum, which lets me connect with the instructor(s) and feel like I'm receiving more value for my money and time. Don't have a lot of either to waste. So, I love this space. It's my good space now.
