People eat three times a day to prevent mouthy mouths from brashly blurting out their distaste for the rest of the digestive system. Today's Groupon prevents inner-system quarreling by subduing chatty cheeks with homemade eats: for $10, you get $20 worth of burgers, steaks, seafood, and more at The Harvester Restaurant and Lounge, located in Spangle.

The Harvester Restaurant and Lounge offers a hearty collection of classic American grub in its convivial, diner-like setting. Those coveting monstrous, hunger-destroying entrees can explore Harvester’s menu: options include the 100% chopped sirloin cougar burger, triple-teamed with cheddar, monterey jack, and swiss cheese ($8.79), with the option to substitute a lean buffalo patty for $1.19. Reward yourself after a long day of herding Gila monsters with the cowboy steak ($17.99), a voluptuous 14 oz. sirloin that’s topped with onion straws. The meatloaf mountain ($11.49) dares taste buds to climb its mound of savory ground meat and mashed potatoes. Huckleberry shakes ($3.99), Kahlua cream pies ($2.79), and cherry-topped hot fudge sundaes ($3.59) end meals in decadent bliss.

The Harvester Restaurant and Lounge also offers a full bar stocked with wine, cocktails, and beer, where workers can loosen their belts and take off their fezzes. Otherwise, diners have plenty of room to stretch on the spacious leather booths. Families will immediately take to the friendly wait staff and gracious owners who may remember your name, whether it’s Bill or Bheel, the next time you drop in.

Dine-in only.

Customer Reviews

The sevice was just great and the food was out standing. we loved it. Bobby

Service at the Harvester is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet with amusing signs and oddities on the walls. The booths and chairs are older, but well maintained and comfortable, with plenty of spring in the booth seating. The menu offers a fairly wide variety of foods and styles. Scratch cooking with like-home recipes provides unique and delicious flavors. We've enjoyed the short escape from town a few times, now. We will enjoy it again and again. We'll continue to recommend this little spot to our friends and family.
