What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
As a trainer on Bravo's WORKOUT, I've successfully worked my clients this way for years. No one else combines hills with a 40-degree elliptical incline with power strength circuits on the floor. It's great for newbies (just take breaks!) as well as hardcore athletes. It will kick your ass.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love personal training but you're only reaching one person at a time. I wanted to open a studio so more people could enjoy an intense SAFE workout, nutritional guidance and workout gear that I personally used and loved.
What do you love most about your job?
The before and after photos! Those are my favorites. I've been doing this so long that if you tell me what's stressing you out in your life and how you're eating, sleeping and working out... we'll find a strategy that gets you lean and happy. There are a million ways to get stronger and leaner.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One client said, "Thank you for my wife's butt!"
