I am extremely pleased. Dr. Kaplan interacted with me in such a cool and familiar way. I openly shared my aesthetic goals and he consulted me with integrity; without trying to upsell or deviate from the Groupon package I purchased. His lovely female assistant made me that much more comfortable offering me her hand to throughout the entire process. That 4.9 rating will be 5 very soon.

I purchased PDO threads, Dr Kaplan evaluates my face and used threads under eye. was personable and did procedure w minimal pain. I like the result so far, and will definitely return

Dr Kaplan is a caring, conscientious, capable and very approachable doctor. He took his time doing my threads and explained every step. I felt confident in his technique. I am a couple of hours post procedure so I do not yet know the final result since there is some swelling. Michelle was also the sweetest assistant who offered her hand when I was nervous. I will definitely be back.
