The Paper Garden
Instructor Stephanie Nishikawa teaches students to create intricate handmade cards, origami, and unique paper crafts during edifying two-hour sessions. With the nimble manipulation of budding paper wizards, Japanese washi papers transform into bound origami books, and beautiful paper flowers attract paper bees in droves. Handmade cards provide guests with thoughtful gifts for birthdays and custom invitations for special events. Like trees' comfort with being nude, class offerings change with the seasons.
