Our photographer, Zoe was an absolute delight. She was accommodating, very kind and took her time to ensure that we had amazing photos. It was extremely cold and taking photos with the toddler can be a slight challenge, but again, her professionalism and ability to allow us to warm up every so often was well received. The pictures themselves turned out beautiful.
Good deal! They shipped me a box to ship back to them my VHS tapes, provided tracking. They also sent me a second email with a trackig to ship it back. I haven’t shipped my tapes yet nor received digital file on flash drive back but my experience is good so far!
