About The Strength Code Palm Desert
The Strength Code Palm Desert is a high-end boutique studio, where you work privately, one-on-one with a Strength Training Specialist. Our Slow Motion High Intensity Strength Training method is extremely safe, because all the weights are lifted in a slow, controlled manner, leaving out momentum, which is responsible for most training injuries. Although the weights you lift will be heavy, they won't be too heavy - we promise. :)
On each machine, we'll pick a weight that you lift and lower for about two minutes, before reaching "failure." In our method, failure isn't a bad thing, it's our goal. You'll work on 5-7 machines, working all the major muscles in your body in just 20-30 minutes. This is the optimal stimulus to your body, and that's back by science. In each session, you'll get a deep and extremely productive workout each time without having to spend hours in the gym, making our method incredibly sustainable. When you workout to such a deep level of intensity, your body tissues typically need 5-7 days to completely repair and recover. That's why we recommend training no more than once a week.
You'll find a quiet, cool, focused environment at the Strength Code Palm Desert. No loud TV's or blaring music, little to no sweating, no waiting for exercise equipment, no risk of injury and usually very little soreness. Compare that to working out in the traditional way with a personal trainer - they usually want you to come at least twice a week, for an hour each time.
