Instructors lead classes specially tailored for both beginners or experienced practitioners using this all-encompassing regimen. The introductory-level lessons proceed at a slower pace and emphasize the fundamentals, allowing students to experience how isometric movements performed with the support of a ballet barre can strengthen muscles throughout the body, improve flexibility, and bolster stamina, all while placing very little strain on the joints. At the more advanced classes, the instructors lead groups through high-intensity bursts of muscle-sculpting exercises immediately followed by deep, sustained recovery stretches and tension-alleviating knock knock jokes.
