Two Chefs Seafood & Oyster Bar
Two Chefs Seafood & Oyster Bar sprang from the minds of Bernard Carmouche and Larry Sinibaldi. The two chefs share more than 40 years of culinary experience, and they've been the executive chefs at esteemed restaurants ranging from Emeril's to the Palm Steakhouse. But when they decided to combine forces and open their very own eatery, they knew they had to do things on their own terms—which meant cooking the kind of food they love best. That's why so many of the dishes, such as the cajun bowl or shrimp po' boy, feature flavors from Carmouche's hometown of New Orleans. Others, such as the clams and linguine, bring a new twist to the flavors of the Old World.
