What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Craniosacral therapy and myofascial release are two foundational modalities that assist clients to relax, release stress and increase the flexibility and mobility in their bodies. A complement to these modalities, I offer Reiki, essential oils and vibrational balancing by utilizing crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. An important aspect to healing is learning how to relieve stress on your own. Some choose yoga, DYBO or EFT and also learn to listen to how their body responds to life. Becoming a good listener is one way to live a healthy and joyful life.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I found it fascinating how craniosacral therapy and myofascial release worked in a natural and gentle way to unwind tension, pain and illness. Through a doctoral program I learned how to assist people to understand how our physiology is effected by the way we live our lives. Educating others how to create health and wellness brings joy to my life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people become aware that they can change their circumstances, become free from pain and suffering and lead their lives with joy and ease.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Seeing my clients become free of burdens and see life's problems as opportunities to create what they desire and testimonies like this: "I love working with Brenda, because she brings movement into my life that just can't be learned by reading a book".
