Each 45-minute outdoor boot camp session is a combination of constantly changing cardio and strength-training exercises. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 a.m.–7:15 a.m. at the African American Heritage Park in Alexandria, and Saturdays from 7 a.m.–7:45 a.m. at Ben Brenman Park in Alexandria.
