Exercisers gather in one of two West LA locations for 60-minute outdoor workouts that include combos of strength training, plyometrics, and cardio moves that change on a daily basis. Boot camps are held in five-week sessions, which begin and end with fitness and health assessments and include access to an electronic food and mood journal, an exercise guide, and a dietary assessment with an optional consultation with a nutritionist. In addition, he uses food and mood journals, fitness assessments, and nutritional guidance to steer participants toward their wellness goals and away from fully stocked refrigerators made of gingerbread.
