During the introductory Hawaiian Hula class the students learn the basic moves and difference between Hula Kahiko and Hula Auana. Valid for men and women. Dress code: Pa’u skirt (for females) and/or comfortable clothing.
Ori Tahitian is an energetic dance that includes fast hip movements. During the class, emphasis is placed in hip isolation, as well as strength and stamina training. The students can also learn the difference between Otea and Aparima. Valid for men and women. Dress code: a pareo or scarf for the hips, comfortable clothing.

About West Valley Island Cultural Festival
The West Valley Island Cultural Festival is a multicultural celebration of music and dance. Performances includes beginners, amateurs, and professionals. Entertainment will include Caribbean steel drums, dance performances, and prize giveaways. Also, Papa Ed's ice cream eating contest, free taste samples of beer, and an electric light show!
